What are Loyalty Programs?
Loyalty programs are benefits and rewards that you setup for groups of customers, such as for "members" or "employees" or "newsletter subscribers." With bLoyal, you can setup a wide variety of rewards and apply them to these groups of customers at the RMS register. Sample rewards might include frequent buyer discounts, sale discounts, points and loyalty dollars accruals...it's easy! Unlimited programs are included.

What are Members?
Members are the 'total' number of customers receiving benefits by participating in your program(s).
200 members are included!

What happens when I reach 200 Members in my programs?
On the first of each month, bLoyal will review you total members. If you have reached 200 members, we will contact you so that you can automatically graduate to any of the "unlimited members" programs. You will be able to continue using the service until the 1st of the following month for free!

How does the 1,000 Emails work?
From bLoyal, you can send email campaigns to your members. If you send more than 1,000 emails per month, you will only pay $0.01 per emial you send over 1,000. You can also export your member list from bLoyal and send email through another system if you prefer.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. bLoyal offers multiple Loyalty solutions for you, including eCommerce, Clubs and more.
