bLoyal Suite Editions
Start simple. Scale without starting over.
Four editions on one platform and one customer record. Each step up adds capability — not a migration, not a new integration, not a rebuilt customer list.
Every edition runs on the same engine, the same integrations, and the same master customer record. Moving up a tier is a plan change, not a project.
The ladder
Each edition answers one more question.
If you can’t say in a sentence why you’d move up a tier, the tier shouldn’t exist. Here’s the sentence for each.

01
Core — Order level
A working loyalty program, live in a day.
Core is a complete program, not a trial. Customers join in-store or online onto a single master record, earn points and loyalty dollars per dollar spent, move through loyalty tiers, and receive automated journeys from signup through to lapse.
What Core gives you — 15 capabilities
Who it’s for: single-location and small multi-site retailers who want a real program running this week rather than a project next quarter. Buy it directly from the Clover, Shopify, or Magento marketplaces.
02
Pro — Product level · Best value
Promotions that know what’s in the basket.
Core rewards the total. Pro rewards the items. Points and promotions move down to product level, segments stop being pre-configured and start rebuilding themselves, and recurring billing turns one-off buyers into predictable revenue.
New in Pro — 9 more
Who it’s for: retailers whose margin lives at product level, and anyone adding recurring revenue. Same out-of-the-box integration as Core — nothing to re-implement.

03
Marketer — Programs & clubs
When the program becomes the business.
Marketer completes the set. Frequent buyer programs tracked at SKU level — including the ones manufacturers reimburse. The full fulfilment stack for clubs and recurring orders. Expirations and date limits, because urgency is what makes a program move.
New in Marketer — the remaining 11
Who it’s for: wineries and clubs, specialty retail with manufacturer programs, and any operator whose loyalty program needs designing rather than just switching on.
04
Enterprise — Multi-brand & real time
The cart re-prices before tender. Not after.
Most loyalty platforms sync a balance and send an offer later. Enterprise resolves who the customer is and applies what they have earned while the cart is still open — at the register, at web checkout, and through an AI agent shopping on their behalf.
New in Enterprise

Side by side
What actually changes between editions.
All 35 capabilities, grouped by the edition that unlocks them. Core gives you 15, Pro adds 9, Marketer completes the set with 11 more.
The thing that doesn’t change
Every edition writes to the same customer record. Upgrading is a plan change, not a project.
No migration. No second integration. No rebuilt customer list, no lost purchase history, no balances to reconcile. The program you configure in Core is the program that grows into Enterprise — which means picking an edition today isn’t a bet on how big you’ll get.
