Our History

COMPANY INCEPTION

2004

Founded as “EVT Solutions,” bLoyal started out as a reseller of Microsoft Dynamics’ popular “Retail Management System” point-of-sale software. We soon noticed that many of our retail clients faced a common challenge—a way to collect and organize customer transactional data for use in dynamic marketing strategies.

BLOYAL SUITE LAUNCHED

2007

After years of research and development, we launched version one of our flagship loyalty software to six Seattle-based RMS clients. Early versions of the software allowed retailers to offer discounts and promotions to their most loyal customers based on transactional data—all through a powerful and intuitive CMS-style dashboard. From there, we began expanding to offer integrations with other systems, as well as custom integrations.

EXPANDED SERVICES

2010

We introduced version three of bLoyal with a host of new integrated loyalty and rewards features. Among these, moving the bLoyal network to the cloud, a transition that opened up our platform to integration with virtually any checkout solution on the market.

20 MILLION MEMBERS AND FIRST CLIENTS ON VERSION 4

2016

bLoyal made its largest R&D investment to date to totally redesign the bLoyal platform and launch Version 4 on Microsoft Azure to better serve our community of partners and clients. Our clients come from many industries and range from single-location retailers to corporations with more than 1,000 locations. across more than 10 countries around the world. Our clients had added over 20 million members to their loyalty programs by the end of 2016.

Powered by Version 4 and the innovation delivered on a quarterly basis, our clients are processing more than 4 million sales transactions a month and driving over $1.8 billion in loyalty-powered sales annually.

FOCUSING ON WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO OUR CLIENTS

During this year, we expanded our integrations to include the 3 leading eCommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento to give our clients the power of choice to select the solution that best meets their needs. We also redoubled our efforts to deliver on our key pillars: A single-master customer record, in-flow promotions, flexible loyalty programs, subscriptions & recurring order management, and real-time lifecycle engagement.
